Barracuda Firewall
Quarantine Inbox
In this Window, before the message listing, we find 5 main buttons:

These buttons apply an action to several selected messages or to all of them (Checking the square check-box left side the Date header):

Options:
Deliver : It will deliver all the selected messages to your inbox, so you can read it normally with your email client.
Whitelist : The same as deliver, but also add the senders of your messages to your whitelist. In this way, any posterior message coming from a sender in your whitelist will pass through the antispam filter and will arrive directly to your inbox.
I.E. If you have quarantined messages with the following senders:
cuenta_conocido1@miamigo.com
cuenta_conocido2@miamigo2.com
cuenta_desconocida3@desconocido.com
And you Click Whitelist with the first 2 messages selected, In the future the messages coming from cuenta_conocido1 and cuenta_conocido2 would’nt be checked and they will be delivered normally.
If you click over Deliver with the 3rd email selected, this message will be delivered this time to your inbox, but in the future, if the Firewall Barracuda detects an email coming from this sender as spam, it will be stored in your quarantine again.
Delete : Deletes the selected messages of quarantine.
Classify as not Spam : If you classify messages as NOT SPAM , you are telling to Barracuda FW that it was wrong and in the future should not quarantine those “types” of messages as Spam.
Classify as SPAM : This option is very useful. If in your quarantine you find messages that are SPAM for sure, select all of them and click over Classify as SPAM, in this way you’re helping the Barracuda Firewall to learn more spam types and to be more accurate. Instead of just deleting messages of your quarantine, check them as spam (they will be deleted as well).
IMPORTANT !!
¡Use the CLASSIFY AS SPAM option instead of just deleting messages of your quarantine!
In this way you're helping the Barracuda Firewall to learn more spam types and to be more accurate
