Recovering my password
If the barracuda firewall didn’t allow you to check your quarantine you’ll have to create a new password.
This password is not the same of your Btu Account, it is assigned randomly for the barracuda. Of course you can change it later.
To recover your initial password open this page:
http://barracuda.acabtu.com.mx:8000
The next Window appear:
In Username write your full email address , i.e. bob@acabtu.com.mx
Leave Password blank
Click on Create New Password
After that, check your email, you should have a new message with the password for your quarantine. Don’t worry, you can change later for something more mnemocic.
Enter again to http://barracuda.acabtu.com.mx:8000 with your username (full email address) and password (the one you received by email). Click on LOGIN. Now you can manage your quarantine.
