How can i see all the messages in my quarantine?
If you receive an email coming from Barracuda Spam Firewall with Subject: Daily Spam Quarantine Summary, you can see all the messages in your quarantine directly in your Inbox.
To see all the quarantine, and manage your messages, click over the link that says Click here.
A Window will be opened in your browser with this layout:
IMPORTANT
If you can open the Window as the figure above due to a password error, please check the next section: Recovering my password.
In the top of your quarantine inbox you will find 2 main options:
QUARANTINE INBOX : this is the area where your messages are stored
PREFERENCES : with the options to change some of your prefences as your password.
